Low Income Spay/Neuter Day - May 21st
Wednesday, May 21st is when those who qualify* for low income assistance can schedule an appointment to have their dog or cat spayed or neutered.
*To qualify, recipients must be on Public Assistance, State Aide, Link Card, Disability, Social Security or Unemployment.
