Sponsor a Pet
You Can Make a Difference!
Even if you are not able to adopt from us, you can still make a difference to animals in our care through our Sponsor A Pet program. This is an exciting and rewarding way to watch your donation in action. You can help support one or more of our dogs or cats, and help us defray the costs of sheltering, feeding and providing medical care for that animal.
When an animal arrives at A.D.O.P.T., our veterinarian staff perform routine medical exams, administers vaccinations, and treats any injury or illness the animal may have. Before an animal is adopted it is spayed or neutered as well as micro chipped. Our high standard of care – including staffing, quality food, grooming, and other needs – is not fully recovered in our adoption fee.
As a sponsor, you will receive a color photo of your sponsored pet along with background information on the cat or dog. You can also sponsor a pet in memory of or in honor of someone. This is a wonderful way to remember a beloved person or pet. Note that a pet may be sponsored by more than 1 person and, if you prefer, you may sponsor a pet anonymously.
For ongoing monthly sponsors, your name will be posted along with the animals profile on our website and you will receive monthly updates on the animal’s health & progress.
