  Cat of the week: Evergreen
  Evergreen is a 2-1/2 year old brown tiger cat who came to us from animal control in December of 2011.  She is a "perky little lady" who prefers the company of people but will tolerate other cats - however, don't expect her to love them.  If you can offer her as much love as she has to offer you - come visit her and find out.  I guarantee you will fall in love with this petite ball of fire.

  Dog of the Week: Benny
  Benny is a 6 year old beagle who came to us from an Indiana shelter in December of 2012.  He is a favorite at the shelter.  Volunteers love to sit in his kennel and shower him with love & affection.  He loves the attention & just melts in their laps.  Benny has a sweet disposition but has some medical issues.  Benny is easy to handle on walks.  He’ll keep at your pace while his nose is on the ground picking up scents.
